Earn HawaiianMiles for Past Travel

Forgot to enter your HawaiianMiles number when making a flight reservation? Not to worry, you can still earn miles for past flights on us or our partner airlines.

Submit your request online at HawaiianAirlines.com/HawaiianMiles/Retroactive-Flight-Miles within 5-120 days after travel. Retroactive miles should take 30 days for the miles to post to your account.

In the future, how do I earn miles for future flights? You have three options:

  1. Add your HawaiianMiles number to your reservation online
  2. Upon check-in, OR
  3. Speak to our Reservations who can assist

Do this prior to departure and you’ll see your flight miles in your account three to five days after your travel date - but remember, you have to complete travel to earn miles.
