[1] Pualani Elite offers additional reservation-related and flight-related benefits and services. Pualani Elite status can be earned by flying Hawaiian Airlines. HawaiianMiles Members will qualify for Pualani Gold by travelling on Hawaiian Airlines for 30 segments or 20,000 flight miles. HawaiianMiles Members will qualify for Pualani Platinum by travelling on Hawaiian Airlines for 60 segments or 40,000 flight miles. This applies to flights scheduled and operated by Hawaiian Airlines and does not apply to charter flights, airline partner flights, HawaiianMiles partners, or bonus miles. Qualification for Pualani Elite status is required each calendar year. Members that qualify in the current year will receive full benefits for the following year. For every $5,000 the primary cardmember or authorized users spend in net purchases using their Hawaiian Airlines® World Elite Mastercard with transaction dates during the promotional period (September 15, 2024 through December 31, 2024), the primary cardmember will earn 2,000 Elite-Qualifying Miles (EQMs), up to a total of 20,000 EQMs, toward Pualani Elite membership. EQMs earned through this spend promotion will not be deposited into the cardmember’s account and are not redeemable and and cannot be used toward award travel or other awards, and will not count towards additional Platinum upgrade certificates granted at specific flight milestones (e.g. 75,000, 85,000, 95,000, 105,000 flight miles etc.).

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks after your statement close date for EQMs to be calculated, and Pualani Elite Membership activation will occur within 6 to 8 weeks.
